- Meet and greet introduction to your dog/s
- A get to know you walk prior to your special day (approx 30 mins)
- Collect and transport your dog/s safely to the venue
- Enjoy a walk prior to the wedding commencing
- Tidy up, brush and deodorise so everyone is looking their best
- Accessorise if required with a flower, bow tie or chosen attire, this can be sourced if required
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time
- Allow your special guest to meet and greet wedding guests prior to the arrival of the bridal party
- Chaperone duties during the event as agreed
- Coordinate with photographer
- Supervise and attend to all comfort needs of your dog/s

Additional charges
Mileage
All packages include mileage up to 35 mile radius of CF61, any additional mileage and travel time will be charged in addition to your package price. Mileage will be charged at 0.40pence per mile.
Additional dog
Should you wish to include more than one dog on your special day this can be discussed during the initial consultation. Prices start from £67.
Training sessions
If you would like your dog/s to carry out a special duty such as ring bearer, training sessions are highly recommended to allow your dog/s to be just pawfect on the day. Please ask during the consultation if you wish to include this.
Doggy Attire
BarkWorks will happily assist you with an outfit for your dog/s and the price of this can be added to your package if required. This could be a flower, bow tie or even a bridesmaid dress, the choice is all yours.
Dog Sitting Service
You may wish to use BarkWorks as a Dog sitting service whilst you and your guests enjoy your wedding day. This can be at the location of your choice giving you the complete peace of mind that your dog/s are safe and being well looked after.

How it works
- A free initial consultation to discuss requirements this can be face to face, zoom call / facetime / WhatsApp
- This will last around 35 – 45 mins and will be a great opportunity to get to know each other and start with some ideas you may have for your special day. We can go through any worries or concerns you may have; it could be you want to have a surprise entrance or your dog to be a ring bearer or flower girl – you decide.
- Once we have discussed all of the details, I will provide you with a quote and if you decide you would like to go ahead a 30% deposit will be taken to secure your chosen date.
- Unlimited support to allow for a stress-free day.
- Mandatory face to face getting to know you meeting and walk prior to the event and additional sessions can be arranged prior to the day for your peace of mind.
- Collection of your dog from an agreed location before the wedding/event.
- Pet sitting on the morning of the event to allow all the wedding party to enjoy the preparations.
- A walk prior to the event to ensure any excess energy and excitement is burnt off.
- Dog grooming services available, however we will always ensure your dog is photo ready with a spruce up.
- If appropriate and requested, we will style your dog in the wedding attire you have chosen.
- Chaperone your dog to the venue, this would also include any pre-wedding ceremony photography if required.
- I will be with your dog throughout I will be accommodating and adaptable which is essential if on the day your dog is over excited or anxious.
- Your dog could be a meet and greeter as your guests arrive.
- Your special guest, we can chaperone your dog during the ceremony.
- You could have one of the Bridesmaids or Groomsmen walk them down the aisle as a Flower Girl or Dog of Honor or we can assist with this. We can sit to the side of the aisle, at the back of the ceremony or wherever is suitable for you.
- I will keep provide care and assist the photographer / videographer, this could include pre, post and wedding ceremony, drinks reception, evening photographs and much more. We want you to have the greatest memories and pictures you can treasure furever.
- Chaperone your dog to an agreed supervised location allowing you to continue enjoying your day.
- We can provide a pet sitting service at an agreed location giving you peace of mind. If we are on-site at your venue, we will also be able to assist the photographer / videographer during sunset if you wish to have your dog included in any of these.
- Behind the scenes photos / video of your dog – What have they been up to!
- Home Boarding service for your dog prior to and after the wedding if required.
Booking
- Please get in contact to check our availability; we recommend securing your chosen date as soon as pawsible.
- 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to the wedding day.
- Contract Agreement to be read, signed and approved.
